There are just a few days left for the arrival of the fourth season of ‘Stranger Things’, which will arrive divided into two parts: this coming May 27 we will see the final clash of the Hawkins boys gang against the diabolical forces that want to enter our reality. This very weekend we enjoyed an eight-minute preview of the first episode, and today we have a final trailer.
It continues to maintain the secrecy that has surrounded this new season from the beginning, but it gives us a small sample of the elements that will not be missing in the fourth season: humor, role-playing games, the world turned upside down, monsters disturbing, Russians, teen parties and many more of the ingredients that have made ‘Stranger Things’ the undisputed standard-bearer of Netflix programming.
It is not the biggest surprise that the series has given us lately: the first volume of the fourth season, which arrives this Friday, consists of seven episodes. The second volume, only two. But the last three episodes (the last of the first volume and the two of the second) they have a much longer duration than usual, reaching 90 minutes of a feature film and to more than 150 in the case of the conclusion of this fourth season.
According to the Duffers, it is a way to unfold the quadruple plot that this fourth story in the series has, especially compared to the simplest of the third. There are many stories to close, and this first trailer is just a test: for now, three years later, the usual Winona Ryder, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink and Noah Schnapp are back, and we can start savor it in this trailer.
