Many of us have been with the same operator for years. As we say, it is very important that we keep our data as up-to-date as possible, something that is always the responsibility of the client. Movistar, for example, facilitates this process to the maximum, since we can complete or modify any of our data through the My Movistar Client Area. Below we tell you how this process is, in addition to explaining how to participate in the draw to get one of the two iPhones that Movistar is raffling.
So you can modify your data in My Movistar
The Client Area is the tool that Movistar makes available to all the people who have contracted its services so that they can consult any information related to them, as well as invoices or, as in this case, change personal data. As we have said a little above, it is a simple process for which we only have to follow the next steps:
- On the main page of Movistar, click on I’m Customer
- When the drop-down appears, click on Sign in
- In the new web window that opens we must enter the identification document of the holder and the password
- Once inside, we will have to access My profile
- It is the icon that we have in the upper right corner of the screen

This is the My Profile tab of the Client Area.
- At this point we can check or modify our personal data, which are:
- Contact email
- Telephone contacts
- Billing Address
- bank accounts
- If we make any changes, it is very important that we accept them so that they are saved
As you can see in the image above these lines, this is all we have to do to participate in the draw, which will appear in the form of banner within the My Profile section. Doing this entire process through the web is really comfortable, but the operator itself reminds us that we can also do it with the Mi Movistar appwhich is available for Android and iOS.
Both the Mi Movistar mobile app and the web platform allow us to easily manage everything we have contracted with the blue operator. From both it is possible to see in detail all the rates and services that we have contracted, as well as consumption in real time. All invoices are also stored in our profile, which you can access and even download in PDF. Of course, you can also configure your Movistar+ TV and manage other services such as Movistar Cloud.
